Once logged in, you will find that next to each of the products you are subscribed to is a Cancel button. You would use this if you would like to no longer receive this subscription product.
Autoship customers can cancel an Autoship order themselves via their account up until the moment before the credit card is charged. Alternatively you can call our customer service to cancel your Autoship subscription but we require 48 hours notice (before the credit card is scheduled to be charged). Once a credit card has been processed for a shipment, the Autoship order cannot be cancelled.
